Credit mostly given to Daniel Avdar, starting from the day he initially arrived to take the initial set of measurements for our restoration and was either there on site or just a text or phone-call away, even on Saturday! His professional and personable character to my family and our unique situation spoke volumes to our positive experience. We have a few kids in distant learning (forced parental home schooling!!), as well as a couple younger toddlers, with one of us working from home that keeps our days very busy as it is, and with half our living spaces affected by restoration crews coming in and out, time was certainly of the essence. The job wasn't too complicated but as a handyman myself, i know there was no time wasted and these crews worked fast and turned out a quality job. Alon was committed to ensuring we were taken care of with all of his work crews and keeping in constant communication with us with arrival times, a slight delay in matertials (out of their control) , inspections, and any other concerns we had. All of Eureka's sub-contractors were just as professional and personable, which really showed how much this company cared about their customers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a home restoration from any sort of damage, You'll be in great hands!

When the water pipe on our downstairs toilet exploded, we noticed it only about 2 hours later. By that time we had about 3" of water all over our floor. we were completely lost and knew sh*t is about to hit the fan. Not knowing who to talk to, desperately posted a request for help on our community Facebook group. Someone recommended Eureka to us. As soon as they came by, sat with us and explained everything that was going to happen. He explained in details how things are going to work with the insurance, what to expect and how things were going to unfold. Being hesitant at first, we called another company that someone recommend. 20 minutes into the conversation with that other company we knew that Eureka will win this job. Sure enough they stuck by us all along the way. During the entire month that the remediation and remodel took place, they made sure to show up daily and on time and the workmanship turned out to be outstanding!! There was no question that this crew was trained well for these type of situation. My wife and I are extremely happy with our choice and we wish the Eureka team much success.
